Insurance Requirements: RENTER agrees to provide a copy of a certificate of insurance naming LAKE COUNTY ARTS COUNCIL as additional insured for not less than $1,000,000 (one million dollars).

I understand and will get it to the Soper Reese at the time of signing the contract.
