John Parkinson, symphony conductor and musical director, plans a “very merry” program of holiday favorites to delight the audience including a sing-along of the “Hallelujah Chorus,” as in past concerts. The Lake County Community and Youth Orchestra (LCCYO) conducted by Camm Linden, will play a selection from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Ballet Suite along with other audience-pleasing holiday motifs. Cynthia Rose and Anthony Neves, both from the popular local band, the Funky Dozen, will be singing such favorites as “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” and “White Christmas.”
